- HILLISPARK is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties or force majeure events.
- Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.

- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh.
