Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HILLISPARK, we strive to provide the best travel experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@hillispark.com.
  • Cancellation charges apply as per the following schedule:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fee)
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
  • No refund for no-shows or unused services.

2. Cancellation by HILLISPARK

  • If a tour/package is cancelled by HILLISPARK due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  • We are not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
  • Processing fees and bank charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Visa fees, insurance, and certain special offers are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used services or last-minute changes.
